Well, I like to stress that my medical knowledge is, and will always be incomplete. There is no man or woman in the world who has or will ever have a complete knowledge that is always accurate... but more to the point I'm not even an intern yet. I've barely got a grasp of the basics required to be the lowest of the low in the hierarchy!
