Can I go back on topic and talk about ice cream toppings? (or just ignore me) I used to have ice cream like this in Thailand when I was a kid:

Take a slice of white bread, add a bit of sticky rice, a scoop of coconut ice cream and sprinkle with peanuts. Yum!

Still try and get it when I go back.

It's coconut flavoured icecream.. It might have coconut milk in it, but I think it also had bits of coconut in it too. Otherwise just like normal ice cream.
