assassination and parkour do not mix. Parkour is flashy and noticeable, an assassin is supposed to be the exact opposite.

Parkour also developes free running skills. With a bit of tweaking and stealth training, it can be repurposed to be the skill of an urban ninja.

Ninja = stealth. No urban ninja I have never seen has been stealthy, in the modern world, someone running stands out automatically, add flips, cartwheels, rolls, etc. and you have the worst ninja in known history.
