Not really.
What if it was turned around.

A 19 year old guy with a 17 year old girl is fine in my eyes. But a 26 year old male with a 16 year old girl is not allowed. Hmm, I think. I think that you have to be 17 before you can be with older males like that.

At our school a fourteen year old is dating an eighteen year old. Which is really funny because I know that fourteen year old girl, and she is NOT intelligent enough to be dating someone that's about to go to college....

It's so unwierd, it's an exception to the law.
If the younger is of 17 years, the elder may be of up to 21 years.

Pfft, as long as they're both at least 16, 3 years difference is nothing.

I think most girls I've dated have been a month or two older than me.

If he likes the kid sexually, he's a pedo. If the kid wants to have sex, the adult is still a pedo, but if they do it and they're both consenting than the adult will be charged with statuitory ****.
