This just struck me now, and I never thought of this before. But this forum is full of children, some being very young. Way younger than 13 too, regardless of ArmorGames' "very strict and tightly run registration".
Does anyone hear actually not know that Santa Claus is not real??!?!?!?!?!? If not, what a shitty way to find out.
It's funny because the kids who actually realize that Santa doesn't exist won't post on the thread, they will go and talk to their parents and freak out.
So by looking not at the amount of posts but at the views I realize that some children were really ruined by this thread.

It's completely impossible for an old fat man to "fly" around in a sleigh with "flying" reindeer all in one night delivering presents , Yeah I kind of figured that out it was bull soon as I heard the stories.
How can a person see if everyone has been naughty or nice ? How can a fat guy fit down a chimney?
wouldn't it be funny if a person went there whole life never found out had kids put up a tree and everything then come Christmas eve dosen't put presents out because he thinks hes real then wakes up and crys because he found out Santa isn't real?
When I was younger, I stayed up all Christmas Eve to confirm the fact that there was no Santa Claus. And sure did I confirm that. No, I wasn't disappointed or dismayed. I already knew the truth.
Haha I was deprived of Santa, my family didn't really celebrate Christmas and unlike in the US there were no giant santa's on peoples roofs or in front yards.
What a nice, clumsy way to deliver the news to the young'uns. But, they had to find out sooner or later AMIRITE? Plus, the idea of Santa Claus is rather odd. Think about it. Some old guy who sneaks in your house and leaves presents. It's a rather.... predatory thought. McDonald's recently got sued (I don't know who won) because someone considered it predatory for toys to be included with unhealthy meals.
Kids these days... They don't know what's good. Back in my day our kingdoms fit in 64 KB of RAM and were only in 16 colors. But, by golly, we LIKED it that way.
If I grow up and have kids, I'm not even going to tell them about christmas. We'll celebrate Newton's birthday instead (same day). If other parents give me any grief, I'll just say, "Well, at least my holiday doesn't involve an imaginary immortal trespassing elf with diabetes."
Anyway, that would prevent the whole "wait, santa's not real?!" horribleness.
I can't belive this keeps reservcing. Anyways I wonder when a 10 or under user comes on here, he'll say hes 13, and strts breaking down and spamming "he is real! he is real!"

I see your point there. But what about the annoying neighbor's kids running around shouting,"It's Christmas it's Christmas!" You're going to have a problem unless you're isolated living out in the middle of nowhere. If they go to the store with you around Christmas, they'll see the decorations and ask what are those and vice versa. Celebrating something else is always a nice excuse.
