Mine was in [Assassin's Creed.i] It was the final boss. I had the assassin's blade out. I had never managed to counter with it. The first time I'm facing him ever. I got to the part where he clone's himself. I had no idea which one it was, so I pick one at random. He attackede, I countered with the blade for the first time ever. It was the real one, and I killed him. How about you?
My favourite way I've killed someone would have to belong to Dues Ex - Stunning them then smothering them with charges, then pissing off long enough to detonate.
I remember when I played Prey there was a small boss battle but the way you had to kill it was to rip off its arm and use it as a gattlin gun. Pretty epic.

in alpha protocoll use the pisols skill you can stop the time and lne up about 6-7 shot which are executet in one moment when the time-freeze ends so if an boss comes just use the skill and before hes able to speak a word he will get 6 steel core rounds in his head making a bloody mess out of it
similar to that in mass effect 2 when you are a solider use the auto sniper with thungsten ammo and the time delation skill to pump 12 sniper bullets into the bosses head in 5 secs making him dissappear in a cloud of red (or blue)blood only leaving a big bloodstain on the wall behind him
