Mine was in [Assassin's Creed.i] It was the final boss. I had the assassin's blade out. I had never managed to counter with it. The first time I'm facing him ever. I got to the part where he clone's himself. I had no idea which one it was, so I pick one at random. He attackede, I countered with the blade for the first time ever. It was the real one, and I killed him. How about you?
On metroid prime 1 for GC, I was at the final boss, and absolutely dominated the metroid prime. After I beat the game, I looked at a walkthrough to see all of the hidden stuff I missed, when I read the page about the final boss, it said "you need at least this much health with this many missiles, etc.." I beat the final boss bad with less than half of everything that the walkthrough said.
Well I had the police outside one time, and I ran out the back door. The dogs chased me but I outran then. Then a car pulled up and a cop stepped out, I beat him up, took his gun, shot him. Took his car and pulled out of my neighborhood. Then a chopper was following me, and it was shooting with a Gatling gun. Then i woke up. Yep..
Yakuza on Metroid Fuison. I pranced around the parasite, then shot it in the mouth so many times its head flew off. It then started to spit fireballs out've its head, then I finished it off.
I used the Experimental MIRV on a SuperMutant Behemoth in the Capitol Building (Fallout 3). Killed him, and about 10 Talon Company Mercs and 4 SuperMutant Overlords. Got about 800XP in 5 seconds.
In Assassin's creed II I saw a boss on a boat with a lot of gaurds, i was supposed to kill everyone but what did i do. I climbed to a roof and shot him, Pure epicness because after a cutscene i spawned on the street
ok on black ops on the last level i was drowing the guy( i think dragovich but i don`t remember) and i would start to drown he and stop and then start drowing him again! i did that like 10 times it was fun! and at one point i stop pressing buttons all together and he still would not get up! it was funny
in vindictus as karok, i was fighting the knight in the ainle questline, i threw my pillar at him and he collapsed, did the unarmed 3 and smash combo then boss bashed him into a tombstone, it fell on him and he died.
Not really a boss, but... in Black Ops I took out an Attack Helicopter with a tomahawk and it bounced off, fell, and nailed a guy in the head for the final killcam.

After killing 15 enormous beasts, one is left. You enter a sealed shrine, using the light from your sword. Inside, there is a fragile bridge. To get accross, Wander rides on Agro, his beloved horse. As she (or Wander) touches the bridge, it begins to collapse. At the end, Agro throws Wander off of her, as she is not fast enough to get to the other side. She falls into the river at the bottom of the valley, led by the broken bridge. Wander has no choice- he must face Malus. Upon reaching the top of the structure. Wander is greeted by Malus with a fire ball to the face. Using the structures and underground passages, Wander doges the colossus' fire balls until he gets underneath it. He climbs its colossal kilt (for lack of a better word) and reaches its back. He stabs it, and jumps onto the hand that inspects the damage. He proceeds to his left bicep. He stabs, and jumps onto the hand that inspects the damage. He stabs the hand. He fires an arrow into his shoulder, and holds on as it tries to stop the bleeding. Wander jumps onto the shoulder, and stabs the week point in its head. As it dies, it is still held immobile, and Wander falls off.
'ACE COMBAT ZERO: THE BELKAN WAR' The war was already over, but a coup force was at work. There was a discovery of a V2 missile, which could easily wipe off every major city on the map, as it has many nuclear warheads that seek independant targets. After many of your fellow pilots sacrifice themselves so that you can destroy the control facility, you fly home. As you share a conversation with your wingman, PJ, a laser is fired right at you. Most likely to shield you, PJ takes the full hit, and is killed. You see your former wingman, Solo Wing Pixy in a strange aircraft sporting a laser pod. "Have you found a reason to fight? Buddy." The epic piece of music plays as the final mission starts. First, he tries to nail you with his laser. After six hits, he starts firing burst missiles. After another six, he LAUNCHES THE V2! The AWACS finishes analyzing the aircraft. It has a powerful ECM defense, only vulnerable through the air-intake. After a final six hits, Pixy tries to crash into you, but you doge in time, and he crashes into the valley below.
well, if call of the deads george i a boss, then I must say I killed him by throwing a grenade at him it hit him (but didnt blow up) and he died, or well just ran away back into the depths of the water. (it blew up after he started to run away)
ooh yeah, and this other time I had a pistol on halo reach the human handgun, and I was up against 3 elites and a wraith, I killed the first elite by meleeing him, then I ran away, and killed the second elite, by sneaking up on him, and killing him with the special melee, then ran away again casue they saw me, now the third one was harder to kill, so I went for the wraith and I got on it and started to kill the guy, but whaddya know, the elite was on it, he was using a hologram the entire time, killed me, lucky #&@%, ooh the morel of the story is that I was the boss, and they killed me.
Um I was playing rage3 (Awesome game btw, try it!) And on the last boss battle i was like at 108% health and he was almost dead so i just let him beat me up till i was at 2% then I knelt and shoved a scythe in his junk.
