If I was to get a dog, I'd probably choose a husky, or any dog that looks decently like a wolf (and I'll train it to eat Chihuahuas >), one reason is I love wolves, the other reason is I hate these degenerated human products that can't even jump off a chair without breaking their legs...
I'm going to go the small dog route and say Yorkshire terrier. They're cute and 'women-attracting' and all, but I love 'em cause of their loyalty and sense of humor
