The two games are incomparable. They are completely different, but both epic. Though, I'd say I have more memories with Zelda.

for me i only like the toon link games aka phantom hourglass. but mario 4 me

both are fun but i think i like mario better

i dunno, mario has galaxy and yoshi, weegee and toads, but zelda is, well, zelda. mario has more replay value but i beat twilight princess, did all the side quests, and now all i can do is run around as a wolf or kick ganon's ass. i say zelda though.

well, it actually depends. Zelda for story, and Mario for simple gameplay.
