I was thinking that, to maybe stop the influx of bad or poorly thought out threads, maybe you could get Armor Points, depending on how well a thread does. Like, for every ten posts you get one extra Armor Point, or something like that.
That would only serve to get people to post in their own threads or create meaningless threads such as "what is your favorite..." and "this vs that" threads which are sure to gain a lot of replies.
