Story: A Nuclear Power Plant in the city of Polary City ruptures on the evening of a special meeting with the government, and the mayor attends, the nuclear waste rushes through the city, turning some people into nuclear mutants and animals into beasts. Some of the mutants, still had their human minds, so they still felt emotions, and all sorts. But when the power plant started a earthquake. The buildings fall to ruin, and people are crushed, including some mutants. Some people have survived, some of these people, are you. The rpg starts just before the nuclear attack, so you cannot be a mutant, unless you pick a certain decision.
Classes:
Waiter: A Waiter at the party of the Meeting. You are great at carrying objects, and are very nimble and quick. But can be scared very quickly.
Government Agent: A Agent coming to listen to the meeting, you are not armed, but still trained in hand-to-hand combat, and partially know why the nuclear attack happens.
Police Officer: You guard the outside of the party, keeping party poopers away, you know how to handle your gun, but you have no idea what was going on, and since you are out on the open street, you are more vulnerable to the nuclear attack, and the earthquake.
Nobleman/Noblewoman: You are one the attenders of the party, you are great at bribery and great at driving, your house has loads of weaponry, and expensive vehicles. But also get frightened of things easily.
Skills: Waiter: Circus Clown: Great with your balance Innapropiateness? Whats that?: You can get away with just about anything, from dropping plates, and stealing cars!
Government Agent: Eavesdropper: Great hearing, from listening through doors, and hearing savage mutants from miles away! Sensei 007: A master at martial arts, your able to beat anyone to a pulp, including a radioactive savage monstrous nearly invulnerable mutant!
Police Officer: Yippekiyay: Your a born John Mclane, shoot now, talk later. You can shoot someone with a shotgun, from atleast 3 metres away! How impossible! Poo Lime? No! True Crime!: You can handcuff, or kidnap a person in a instance, since the cops still try to restore order to the city during the outbreak, they can even arrest mutants!

Good Affects what happens in certain events: Persuasive - Great to tell people not to kill themselves. Nearly Immune - Almost immune to being affected by a bite from a mutant. But not from the wave of the nuclear attack. Sportsman - Kind of obvious, you are very quick and nimble.

"Sooo im thinking here, your going to blow them up while sending them back in time or is the explostion going to send them back in time?" asked stalin curiousley noticeing the abnormal beahivor.

"No. I will do it as a test, the bomb will send a nuclear wave across the terrain, it will hit the city, and destroy everyone there, it wil then rupture a earthquake that will destroy the rest of the remaining bulidings. And if this fails, i will merely, Start again, by turning myself back in time... to here." He explained fully, hoping that he wouldn't have to use the object.
"You sure this will work Doc? That it will kill everyone so that you dont have use that?" He pointed to the spheare while asking eagerly to fully understand what this crazy man is trying to do. "What is your purpose for doing this if i may ask."
"Can i make a deal with you? If i help you with the bomb like placeing it and what not can i have a spot into suriveing the blast? You know live to see tommorow?" Asked Stalin not sure what to expect for an answer.
"I guess so, since it would look strange for the head scientist to blow it up. But first, Professor Lewis shall die." Manderson pulled out a 9mm Semi-Automatic Silenced pistol, and placed it in Stalin's hand. "This will assure you survival."
Manderson spins the gun from his hand, ramming it into the chest of Stalin. "Do you want to live, or not?" Manderson threatens. "He was the planter of the bomb, but he isnt trustworthy. So i want you. To kill him." Manderson says with a stern voice.
"....Fine i will kill him" Stalin take the gun and looks at manderson in the eyes then walks away. Stalin puts the gun in the back of his pants. He makes his way down to lewis and meets him in his lab. " Hey lewis nice to see you again, hey can you turn around around for a minutie i need to see something..." He watchs him turn around stalin take out the gun and points it at his head. "I'm sorry lewis... i'm sorry" Stalin said with a shakey voice and slowly pulled the trigger and watched lewis drop and lay there on the floor motionless.
Manderson looks at this through his computer, seeing this by the card in Lewis' pocket, planning this the whole time. As he gets up, he takes a small chip of that video, and moves to the exit of the power plant.
