I'm receiving mixed messages on this subject. Support for the iPhone has supposedly been removed from Flash, but I still keep seeing Armor Games coming out with games for the iPhone, like Sushi Cat just now. Are they made in Flash or are they redone with C++ or Java or what?
Well, the iPod touch and iPhone have the same software, and I'm cirently typing on an iPod touch... (no life) I cannot play any games on AG... So I would not think so
I think few games made for the iPhone ( sushi kat, crush the castle, the other 2) are redone in what ever software apple uses. So. Simple answer, no
No, I'm pretty sure the popular flash games of the internet would have to be redone to Apple's specifications. If porting it was any easier, you would see a lot more flash games in App Store.
I'm a Flash developer and I wanna know if I can use Flash to make games for the iPhone. I keep hearing that I can't, but I also keep seeing iPhone versions of these Flash games being advertised.
