Well most of you have probably read my other threads, if not I will give you links to them.
Here and here.
Anyways I have gained ownereship of a new dog, her name is Khloris, and despite her major cuteness factor, she has a bad habit. She chews everything! She has already destroyed all three of my cell phone chargers omgsh! Anyways the reason I am posting this thread is for an opinion, based on personal experiences. How should I discipline her? I mean some people yell at their dogs, other spank them, and other do other stuff, and I was wondering, based on your experiences, how I should I discipline her. I don't want her to be scared of me or anything. And also chewing on stuff isn't the only habit that my dog has.
She has a few problems with housetraining, when I take her outside she uses the restroom and all, but she doesn't show any signs when she has to use the restroom, she just goes, everywhere. She doesn't bark, or jujmp on my lap, or bark or anything. Please post your opinions on what I should do with my horrible puppy. Thank you all!

Teach your dog how to beg. This method only takes about 5 seconds, atleast for my dog. Then give it food. Your dog now knows how stuff works. Beg = People food. Being naughty = Punishment. Being naughty + Beg = Punishment. Just don't give it too much food. It will get fat and also it will think it can get whatever it wants and think it is in charge.

I'm not exactly sure if that will accomplish anything. Except make my dog not want to eat dog food.

Oh, and don't buy dog-proof trash cans. (Mine just figured out how they work.) It only makes them smarter. Which means more evil stuff to do. I recommend keeping your dog as dumb as possible while still smart enough to know whats good and bad. If you plan on keeping your dog in a box when you go places without it,Don't! Your dog will just get more mad and destroy your home. Try to take your dog on as many car rides as possible so they will like you more, as some dogs like mine just destroy stuff because they don't get to come on some car rides. When they do good things give it a treat! Remember, they need rewards for their work too.

Honestly? Buy a crate and use it. Hitting it won't do you any good--you're likely to create a fearful and reactive dog, and that can lead to aggression. Most dogs will not soil their sleeping space. If you can't watch the dog and it's likely to be destructive or you're having housetraining problems, dog goes in crate. Teaching it to be content in a crate is very useful if you ever have to travel with it as well. Take it outside to go, have it go, bring it back in. Don't play with it while it's outside to go. Take it back out if you want to play with it then.

As far as chewing, the crate is helpful with that, too, if you can't supervise the puppy--but for the most part, provide alternate, acceptable things to chew on. Toys--Nylabones and Kongs work well. If the puppy starts to chew on something unacceptable, take it away and replace it with the acceptable toy. Play with the puppy only with things it's acceptable for it to chew on.
