So I'm a guy, who is fine looking in jeans a a t-shirt. Good enough for me. I never understood the point of going to american eagle, or any name brand place like that. In fact I had never been to one in my life...Untill yesterday that is....
So I went to the mall with a bunch of my frineds And we come to aeropostale (or whatever) And they all go in, and I stop.
Frined "Dude what are you doing?" Me "I really don't feel straight going in there" *is pulled into stroe*
So while inside the store I stood acuardly behind clothing racks trying to avoid the looks of everyone I didn't know as diffrent shirts where threw up agasint me, so my finreds could examine what they looked like on me. They informed me that pink was my color, and that I should buy some button up shirts.
I am never going back to the mall with those ladies. For one, I would feel incredibly gay playing "dress up: Zelos edition" And I Don't have the money to go splurge on a whole new wardrobe of cloths I don't need.
I'd feel pretty much exactly the same, except replace button-up shirts with some kind of dress or something...
I've been dragged into clothing stores a few times and absolutely hated it. I don't understand this whole fascination with shopping most girls/women have... And guys with a similar liking for it sounds a bit scary o.o
When guys pick up girl hobbies. (Shopping and trying on clothes) I don't think they can be considered completely straight.
Hobbies and lifestyles do not directly correspond to sexual orientation. Metrosexual guys can be totally straight. They just get associated with gay stereotypes.
It just doesn't feel right, and I never like shopping for anything but food. I LOVE shopping for food.
Food shopping is hard! D: Only sort of shopping I remotely like would be for LARP gear, playthings and books... (Books having been added because Cen has worn off on me a bit.)
I think its Kohl's. And i have to say, online shopping is probably the best thing ever. I hate to go shopping as a guy and i know my sizes so now i just look online for a bit and get clothes every once and a while. Its convenient and also @Kalb789 shopping is not just for girls. I know plenty of straight guys who don't mind shopping as well as girls that hate shopping with a passion. It's just a personal preference.
I don't eat meat, so all I have to buy at the grocery store is junk food occasionally I have to buy the veggies, that's when it gets annoying because you have to check them so you can make sure you get the best ones...
I used to hate clothe shopping when I was 5~10 cause I thought it was time-wasting. Now I enjoy it, because I only get new clothes before school starts, if old clothes get torn apart/outgrow me (refer to first reason), or hand-me-downs from various sources.
Well I mean I was at the mall with a bunch of girls and two guys. So it wasn't entirely weird. But I Don't much like the clothing they sell there or having to play "Let's dress up zelos"
I despise shopping. Every kind of shopping. But I just hate stepping out of my house. (Agoraphobia) So I guess my opinion doesn't really matter. I just hate the fact of going into crowded places with horribly disgusting people, yes you know who you are lawl JK
Funner is not a word. Sorry tha probably has nothing to do with the thread but I just had to say that. More fun would be the correct way to... you know what forget it.
