Goblin, they have a huge rail gun, rockets, easy way to make money, Cars and a mini golf course.

Worgen, they have a huge city, tophats, british accent that owns, giant boar mounts and a giant wall.

Worgen look more BA and are in general cooler... but in game goblins are going to rip everything apart racial power wise and worgen (and all alliance races really) are getting pretty screwed over by racial power updates, though I play horde so I don't really care...
