Eh, I asked myself this question several years back. My opinion has changed slightly.
Anyway, I strongly prefer the classic Disney cartoons and shorts. You know the ones from oh so many years ago? I barely watch Disney these days, I don't really like all the live action shows. As for Nickelodeon, I do still like Nick, but I mostly just watch the old shows from the 90s. Ren and Stimpy is awesome. The exception would be one or two shows, one being Spongebob Squarepants. As for Cartoon Network, I never really was into it as much as I was with Nickelodeon. I did enjoy watching the old Hanna-Barbera and Warner Bros. cartoons that used to air. That's why I also watched Boomerang when I used to live in the US.
To sum this up..
- I watch old cartoons. The classics. - I don't get to watch many cartoons these days, I have no cable. - Most of the shows I used to watch have been discontinued, or are rerunning. - I don't really like all the live-action shows.
I have to just pick Nickelodeon. It would either be Disney or Nickelodeon, but since I do like the old stuff and some of the new from from Nick, I have to go with it. I'm not a fan of Disney and all of its live-action shows. No, sorry.
If I had cable, I'd watch cartoons when I'd have free time. I usually do so. Though I don't have cable television at all. D:
Some years ago I only watched Cartoon network (it was the only cartoon channel I had), I loved the series like, Jonnie Bravo is the only I can remember. And Dexters Lab I think it's called.
Then I got Nick and, I always loved Sponge Bob, actually I still watch it. But my favorite remains Cartoon Network because my all time favorite is there; Tom and Jerry! Epic carton.
Cartoon Network has crappy Scoobie Doo movies on all the time. Cartoon Network also has awful new shows that make it look terrible.
Dexter's Lab, Johnny Bravo, Courage The Cowardly Dog, The PowerPuff Girls and Samurai Jack were the best cartoons EVER!
Last but certainly not least: Adult Swim is really upped their game. They have Childrens Hospital coming up. One of the only shows on Adult Swim that isn't a cartoon. Deers Like To Eat Bannanas is also a new show. Don't forget their kicka$$ music selection!
I don't know, Cartoon Network has gotten worse over the years. I only watch 4 TV Shows these days. For one thing, Spongebob Squarepants, I still love that show, it's been around since 1999 and it's changed alot, but i'm not watching the new episodes, i'm watching the old funnier ones. "Oppisite day... Next time it's gonna be go jump of a cliff day!"
I LOVE Tom and jerry. I always watch them on a summer wendesday.
Popeye and mickey mouse are the other shows I watch. Mostly on my computer I watch mickey mouse. I got popeye on DVD and I don't watch that show, but I still love that show.
With shows today like adventure time and stuff like The fairly oddparents and iCarly, it ruined the shows we watched back then, they should delete Nickeloden and the Cartoon Network shows, and we should move spongebob to boomerang just so kids don't go crying.

A lot of the newer cartoons are either bad or meh. Nothing really seizes my attention these days. And then there's that live-action trend I don't really like.
Well, today, I'd have to say Cartoon Network. Nickelodeon and Disney are mostly full of lame kids trying to be funny. Cartoon Network has a few good shows. Nickelodeon takes 2nd place, cause Disney was ruined by shows like Hannah Montana.
Back then, I liked Cartoon Network the most. Samurai Jack, Dexter's Laboratory, the old Tom and Jerry, and Johnny Bravo still hold a place in my top favorite cartoons. I wish the guy who made all the above, except for T+J, would make cartoons again. Forgot his name.
Those channels use to be awesome, now their filled with a lot of crap. I like nicktoons network though because of all the older cartoons they play like Invader Zim, Ren and Stimpy, and Rocko's Modern Life. I also like to watch Dragan Ball Z Kai on nicktoons network.
