if you have a flashed drive you are able to burn game and play them. one disc cost about 0.25 $ because it must be a dl disc

I think he means that he puts the game files onto the flash drive from the 360, and then burns the image onto a CD, effectively pirating the XBOX 360 game.

Not exactly legal, but people do it.

this is what you need to do:
1. flash your drive [url=http://xbox360iso.com/showthread.php?t=90636]
(you need to be a member)
2. download the game file
3. burn the game on dl.
4.put the dvd in xbox 360 and play

i live at israel and it is hard to find legal console .
the main problem whith flashed consoles is that microsoft might give you ban if you dont fix the games or playing games before they get to the shops (for example, i finished alan wake before it got to the shops)
