I don't think you'll find a HD one for 100 pounds. They are mainly around 200. I use my camera though and I upload videos to Youtube and the quality is pretty good.
If you're going to get a capture card make sure you have a very fast running computer, I've seen a lot of complaints (and had problems myself) with slower computers trying to work with a capture card

I really don't know the answer to that, but you can search for them on Amazon. PVR (You need an HDTV for that) Cheap Dazzle More expensive dazzle Sorry if the prices might be in US dollars.
if you are making funtages or silly stuff then just get a dazzle.
I really want to make montages because I get a lot of insane sniper shots, but I don't have an HDTV, so I'm forced to get a dazzle. I think if I do get a dazzle and make good montages and get a lot of subscribers, I would by an HDTV and PVR if I got to 2,000.
PVR are for serious people dazzles are just for fun.
^This is true, but don't think that just because you think you're going to be serious means that you should go buy a PVR first. I suggest you start with a Dazzle no matter what, then once you get started upgrade to a PVR
