They could but I doubt they are going to implement dynamic avatars.

Correction
I hadn't seen anyone else with the new default shield when I posted my comment about Strop. It looked so cool I just naturally thought he had artistically put his touch to it, that's all.
I hope the rest of the shields will either have the starry background or at least have that type of shield.

This is a good idea because shields should more custom to the user so they can have an armatar that they designed themselves. If we were to have some kind of poll on this i would go two thumbs up. Great idea
