The problem I see here is that you need to copy and then post the entire post you are making each time you're skimming bettwen pages in a thread looking for unanswered questions, back-up, quick connected information ect., and want to include something in your post.
This is especially seen in "1001 ways to get kicked out of mac'donald's"
Well yeah, if you start typing your post on the third to last page of a thread and want to read the last two pages as well, you have to copy and paste what you have already written.
This is how it works in all forums I've ever posted on.
Your suggestion would be rather practical, though, a way of browsing the pages of a thread without losing the progress of your written post or having to copy/paste all the time. I just don't know if it can be done practically.
That means you will have to make the comments apart from the pages. I agree that this is a nuisance at times, but I don't think it's a high priority. It might be seen in AG 3.0.
By the way, maybe it's a suggestion to, instead of only pointing out the problem, to suggest an actual sollution yourself... Otherwise the thread's quite useless.
This should be able to be done, but that would change alot in the script. If I'm right, you can set apart the pages from the comments. I'm not sure how though.
I'm not sure if this is feasible, but the reply page could be separated into two different frames, making the box stationary while you could browse through the thread. I do that using Dreamweaver frequently, but then again I don't know if this could be used for AG.
If this gets implemented I also hope they fix the 30 seconds waiting before placing a second comment. you have to refresh in order to post it, instead of it just popping up again after 30 seconds.
I think I'm too vaque here though. I don't want the 30 seconds spam protection gone, I want it to update itself after 30 seconds.
