Mod BQ should just have explosive missiles as air-to-air, and those rapid, weak missiles as air-to-ground. Otherwise, it would just be really broken. It should cost a ton as well.
The most outrageous hoax--- 1931 martians are coming.... On the radio in the year 1931, the was a "we interrupt this message" and then they read the book(war of the worlds) from the author H. G. Wells. There was about martians ships landing and how tall they are. They also describe the lasers and the toxic gas. Since people took it serious, about 600000 people fled from this message. Only a few people realize it was the author's voice who is reading this book.
