Seriously? I don't really know, nor can I remember the sings of every game I've played. I remember being pretty thrilled by PSO's tricktrack song (the one in spaceship). But one very commendable for its incredible humor is without a doubt the finishing theme song of Portal ^^.

Well the credits for Pokemon Silver/Gold (and the remakes) were both really good. But those are credits. My favorite in-game music has to be from the Zelda series.
