I don't know how many people know this but after many years of people thinking this game was never gonna come out. There is now proof that those people are wrong! check out www.stickrpg2.com to see what I mean.
Each of these little icons represent a career path you can choose to pursue in the game. The page first started out with just the picture in the middle and ever since then the icons have been regularly popping up every week or so. Whether or not these represent progress being made on the actual game has not been confirmed. Personally I think they do.
You may notice while browsing the site that the Video Game Designer icon is a link. Clicking that link will bring to a youtube video that is sort of a teaser trailer for the game.
I would like to know everyone's opinion on the subject. Are you looking forward to it? I know I am. Do you think it will be better than the first? When do you think it will come out? Feel free to discuss any aspects of the first or second game here.
I'm skeptical. I know they've picked the project up again, but when Xgen first started SRPG2 they weren't as money hungry, now everything they come out with has some sort of catch. If I can't enjoy this game completely unless I pay for something then what's the point? The developers at Xgen are a little ADHD half the time (Motherload anyone?)
Wow! If you go to the site now, theres only 1 More job left for the beta! If each job comes out every week, that means the game will be complete on this sunday! 3 days from veterans day! So the release date it probably 11-14-10. So, even if you don't get the beta, big deal. Just wait a couple more days!
