Assuming u r a guy in real life,
If there was a genereal fun forum and it is 100% all the 500 members are ALL GIRLS under 15, wud u:-
A) pay $20 to join as a guy
B) not bother tp join
C) something else pls say
and why?

Looking at the grammar and quality of your posts, I would think that you aren't old enough to know just what $60 can get you, let alone have that kind of money.

This isn't quite addressing the question, but there are quite a few girls here, and I would gladly give $20 as a donation.

It wouldn't be only girls, there would also be all of the guys who payed for it. Besides, what would you expect to do there other than perv? I would rather have intelligent conversation on a subject of my interest, and most girls don't share my interests.

But see that's a donation, I wouldn't pay for the site. Besides paying for a site just because it's entirely filled with girls, seems stalkerish and perverse.
