i think there should bea little banner or runner at the top of the page, below the tabs, stating a random user's birthday, with a link to that user. to prevent ghost users, simply dont include people that dont have 25 AP or so and/or 1 forum post. this name would cycle every 10 seconds or so. bad idea??? good one?

Anyways, it's a bad idea. It would be really annoying and some people are currently making birthday thread. I really hate it when people do that. It's a waste of space.
This is a feature used (and wanted) on social websites like FaceBook and MySpace, but not something useful to implement on this >>gaming website<< if you ask me...

I think if Armorgames does this, you should have to submit your birthday for it to show up, because some people won't want their birthdays shown to random strangers.

You have to submit your birthday for this to work, otherwise there is no way of knowing when your birthday is.
It's inevitable that at least one user will abuse this system by changing their "birthday" to the current date every day. That would put them on the main page pretty often, giving them an incredible amount of "happy birthday" comments. If that isn't spam, I don't know what is.

Hmmmm,BAD IDEA a random users name just popping up on my screen every 10 seconds..I think that will just make me angry,and I think I would get adblocker eventually for that,and how do you know that so many people want to put there birthday!!??XDD
