After the splitting of Minerva, the apperent governments have split into 4 individual states. The factions are, the Communist state of Mikovia, the Captalist state of Kilnos, the Monarch state of Jilkov, the Facist state of Silica. The first World War on Minerva has begun.
Rules: Each Earth country can have a dictator/king/queen/president. As the dictator/king/queen/president of a country, you can choose to declare war, ally (the other country has to accept the allience proposal) or (if the selected country is at war) you can bombard it, nuke it, invade it, or (if the country is an ally) ask for recources or give recoures. Earth countries can ally with Minerva factions and give them troops. (50 days is average for dilevery for recources and/or troops to Minerva) The Factions of Minerva are at war with each other. Again the Factions can have a dictator/king/queen/president. Each player can be a president/king/queen/dictator of a Earth country or a Minerva faction. This has the same recource mechanics as Colony, so how to gain recources should be set in. Each country has 50 improvement slots that can house the same buildings in the Colony game. BUT here's the difference. Manpower equals population, energy equals energy, and money equals, well, you know. So start playing!
