This is my first rpg game that i post here, so feel free to give me as much advice as you want, and instantly tell me if im doing something wrong. Oh, and i don't have a clear fighting system for this game, but i guess ill try to be fair for the players and see what they do, and then do my thing so it would be.. fair. And of course you can tell me better solutions for it. So yeah:
Two players who submit for this, go in a cave to find the legendary treasure of the Giant Goblinlord. You both start with full body leather armors, and can choose from weapon sets of: Sword and a shield, 2-handed Axe, or two daggers, (or possibly something else, that i will decide to accept or not) And more items will be found in the cave.
The player stat, thingy, is something like this:
Name: (eg. Rick Astley) Lvl:1 Exp: 0/20 (Exp needed grows by 10 every level) Hp: 15/15 (grows by 5 every level) Class: (eg. Mage, figher, assassin..?) Bio: (whatever you like, not necessary) Equipment: (like said earlier; Leather armor, weapon of choice, AND one item of choice, that i accept or not. could be a health potion or a spell scroll or something..) Spells and skills: (you can make them up, i decide to accept or not)
Lets hope this works And whatever you say to do, i will most likely accept it, with the way i think is best. Oh, yeah, and you 2 are friends so you are not supposed to kill each other, you are supposed to work together.
Hey, I just got an idea. What do you say if i took a 3th player to this? only if someone wants to join. he/she wouldn't have to come all the way from the start, we'll just add the player some other way. Even though this is "2 player" but i think im ready for a 3th one. So i'm open for another player! Looking forward to see your player sheets.
The Chosen One, since we cant know when are you going to come back and make your turn, i guess we can play with Warrior Princess then. We wont go too far away, hoping for you to come.
You find some good rocks, and you light the torch succesfully. even though the torch was wet, you were able to dry it a little first, so now its burning good enough.
You walk on and find nothing but a Dead End! with a door. Do you wish to go through the door? it seems that someone, or something has chewed on the door though.
You open the door. The room has lights so you don't need the torch anymore. you put it into a holder in a wall, and a Giant Rat Comes from its hole running towards you! The first battle! You take your bow ready as the rat is running at you. I bet i could guess what your going to do next
You try to aim, but as the rat runs at you, you only hit its ear, causing a little damage, but also leaving the rat spinning around in the floor in pain. it will soon stand up, so make your move, fast.
