You are somewhat wrong about the military only using it.

Ah, I believe most of us here are being sarcastic or not serious about the glitch.

It involves some anomaly with UNIX time I figure. I'm no programmer.

Lol i just had an WHATTT experience.. i commented on a thread about if you like edward or jacob more and when i reacted it was gone! i couldn't find it anymore in the tavern XD so now i'm like wtff was happening? haha

UNIX time.

Anyways, I've seen this glitch before. Seems pretty sparing, haven't seen it since December.

It's probably to do with maintenance (AKA screwing with the site to see if it's faster).

We don't really do maintenance very often. But yeah, it can be that.

Also, ive seen a lot of Last Post: 9 Months ago or things similar. Probably a minor bug that AG is fixing right now.

It is when unix time started (after 2012 in 2036 the world will end again because unix time will end...)
I have seen many glitches here before but not that one with no threads...

Incorrect. 32 bit UNIX time will reset. By that time, we should be made almost exclusively up of 64 bit UNIX time server OS's. It's not really UNIX time, but the fact most servers run on UNIX base.

64 bit will go until the end of the universe in case you're wondering.
