nah, Oblivion is better because of the RPG type thing, but assassins Creed has stealth type missions pretty well

assassins creed by a long shot. once u get past the slow intro the rest of the game is smooth, its easy to sit there and play for hours

Oblivion first you can do whatever you want to and in the other game you have to stealth like every second but both are very good games.
