Which of the songs would you consider the theme song?
Personally my favorite would be either 'chariots of fire' by Vangelis, or the instrumental Top Gun theme. Both fantastic instrumental scores and immensely popular when I was young. In fact I had cassettes with these songs on them and listened to them quite frequently.
It's good, and I suppose it could be considered the theme song. I typically don't consider opera to have a particular theme song though as all of the songs tell a portion of the story and together they create the theme. I would think of a theme song as a song which defines the piece, and there are simply too many definitive songs from the opera for me to choose one, although "All I Ask of You" and "Think of Me" are probably the most moving and captivating songs from that one, at least in my opinion.
