FML? Sorry, I'm too lazy at the moment to google it; but if you take the time to tell me what the acornym means, I'll gratefully contribute to the thread.
It means f*ck my life moment, at least that's what google says:P
Well i also had lots of them.. some i don't want to tell, but also things like i had to have 2 operations because of my ankle and i missed a schooltrip because of that (which was ver nice i heard after they come back, they even talk about it now, almost 2 and 1/2 years later), also i couldn't sport for 1 year and i can't play volleybal anymore, it's too dangerous for my ankle... That really s*cks, because it's my favourite sport next to horseriding =(
Day 2 of quitting smoking. Before I leave for work I get in a horrible fight with my wife, on the way to work I get rear ended by a motorcycle cop,"totally his fault".I get to work, my boss tells me I'm getting my wages cut by $1.50. On the way home from work I get a speeding ticket. When I got home I get in another fight about the speeding ticket, and for getting the car jacked up from the motorcycle cop. FML for sure that day.
The closet thing to a FML moment would probably be when I lose a game or whatever. Not that I care or complain about it, but that's just how bad it seems to get for me at the moment.
FML's are for whinny people who should probably quit complaning untiol something bad actually happens to them.
sickcroon is aloud to complain. That just sucks....
agreed, unless it's a legitimately terrible moment, most of the ones on www.fmylife.com (warning: site may contain foul language) are just whiny pansies who feel bad for themselves on the smallest of things. that being said, any fml moments i have seem like they'd be too serious to discuss on a thread...
Today, my parents went out. I stayed home and vacuumed, dusted, and scrubbed to surprise them. They came home and yelled at me because it "isn't my job." FML
This one is actually worth pitying. But mostly, someone is more likely to say, "SRSLY?"
