I know all the other people got back from the kick. But Cobb didnt wake up from the kick. How did he get back??

well you don't even know if he got back, but if he did I don't think it showed it, probably to confuse you.

he did get back because the top bobbled and if it was a dream it wouldnt have bobbled at all. so if he did it was the fact that letting go of his wife created its own kick.
