Ok. Every 0.1 of an inch/pound you get + 0.5 Str. Every 0.5 of Str you have adds to your HP by 1 point. Every 5 points of Str and Int gives you 1 point in flying ability. Every 10 points in HP and MP gives you +1 point in Str and Int.

ok but... is there a way to increase intelligence directly??

I dunno, you could think about that if you want to control this game.
