K, I've done a bit of research and many websites are spreading false statements. I find absolutely nothing wrong with this new law because it dosen't allow police officers to randomly walk up to someone and ask them for their citizenship papers. Yup. Thats a fact. They can only ask for that information if someone commits a crime. This law is good for Arizona and should be enforced in all border states. All of the Liberal BS is trying to convince you that a perfectly good and justified law is bad. I don't understand how this could be bad. Someone commits a crime, so you ask for papers.
true, a good idea. i've done very little research on this, so correct me if im wrong. say person X is a legal citizen, is hispanic, looks hispanic, and knowshow to speak spanish. then for whatever reason, whether it be just losing it in a fireor whatever, they dont have their papers and/or birth certificate, does that mean they must leave their family and home to be deported. again , correct me if im wrong on this. like every law, no matter where it be, it has its loophols and problems.
If the documents exist, then you're fine, except for you sentence because again, the only way law enforcement officers can get the permission to check for citizenship is if a person breaks the law.
but u need proof, which comes with the birth certificate! the birth certificate is usually done after a live birth at a hospital, but my point is if you were born nywhere but the hospital and dont have a birth certificate nor papers.
