I'm playing CoD4 campaign, I think mission One shot, one kill, and i'm in the apartments when youre carrying your partner, and i found the teddy bear from Nazi Zombies!!!

I will try and get pictures, but it will be hard since I probably have to screen shot a Youtube video for CoD4..

wow, i never noticed either of those in either level....

probably just an easter egg by the developer people, i'll be sure to confirm their existence next time i play either game.
