Which is better? I think Arcade Prehacks because you can play the original game and when you play the hacked you can't play it online.
I don't seems to understand you, this question depends entirely on the individual interest, if you want to play normal games, go to armorgames, if you want hacked ones, go arcade prehacks.They are different, and thus hard or impossible to compare.
