and there was a secret campiagn in Command and conquer Red Alert 1 when you got the expansion sets and you click on a certain place in the main menu during pressing the shift button you could play a secret campain against giant Ants - the campian has the title "It came from Red Alert"

i liked the one in gta vice city stories were if u kept swimming against the boat u would glitch inside and there would be a floating sign saying "theres nothing to see here" and a smiling face

if you glitch a piece of furniture out of the apartment on ps home (the one you start with) there is a hard to find sign somewhere out of the apartment if u get the furniture over to it it says "YOU REALLY SHOULDN'T BE ABLE TO READ THIS" watch this to see
