porn is well you know what it is gore is pics or vids with extreme schocking stuff ( watch only when 18 and own risk) flaming is everything that is funny.

Those are against the rules, so having entire sections devoted to them just wouldn't make sense. This is a 13+ site, not an 18+ site, so those things will most likely never be implemented here.
If you really like porn, gore, and flaming, I'm sure there are other forums that allow them. Just not this one.

The Popular Media section is fine the way it is. If there were tons of topics about all of those things, maybe it would be considered, but right now we have no problem combining them.
And all those extra sections would probably overwhelm the mods. Now, you don't want that to happen, do you?
It is PG13 because the demographic most of the content is directed at are teenagers.
Now, the individual suggestions here...
To split the Popular Media section? Wouldn't make too much sense, really. There's not that many threads about the various things. If we had subforums, it could work out with something along the lines of those, but we don't. We just have rough categories.
Flaming. You call it "everything that is funny", we call it heated arguments with other users that will get you banned. So guess what? No.
Gore... Discussion of it is fine. Could discuss the appeal of gory imagery in games/movies/etc. in the WEPR section, could discuss experiences with it in the Tavern, could talk about gory games in the Flash Games and Video Games sections... If what you want is a place to view and share gory pics, I suggest you go elsewhere. Like right now. Maybe to Encyclopedia Dramatica's Offended page, that's a nasty collection right there. Or to some *chan.
Porn? We've had a few discussion threads about whether it's alright to view it or whether or not it should be illegal and so on. They go in the WEPR. I like them. Again, though, this is a PG13 site. Posting porn or writing explicit content can very well get you banned. You clearly have access to the internet. If you need AG for porn images, you sir, are doing it wrong.
