depending on what you start out as theres different methods but the easiest i find i with bilogicol...alll you need is lvl 2 of the disrupt skill. equip it 4 times and just keep on using this skill he'll eventually start using a skill to fully restore his focus but it also drains his health by about 2000ish plus your teamates will be dealing about 200 extra depending on how you set them to be if anyone would like to fill in the blanks for physical and hydraulic and add comments feel free
THis is a strategy i used in challenging mode: for psycs, use haunt and Traumatize. Max out Traumatize equipped 2 times works wonders for keeping him open and when he refills focus which allows him to use "tick tock" and prevents him from using it, giving you time and haunt eats away his focus. Offensively, I used shock therapy and electrical storm with the wraith form to inflict max damage. The main problem here is the "tick tock" ability. To counter it, useing free will and setting veradux to phanlax works, no matter who is infected with with it. It will hurt for about 3-4 turns after free will wears off but that's why veradux is there to heal. Retrogade might work since it uses damage to heal and heal to damage, but i have never tried it. So the trick here is to carefully execute right moves at the right time and he should go down in notime.
its easy people just use moves that take away enemy focus because he kills himself and use defencive moves like will power or something you dont really have to attack him directly.....
