Keep hitting random keys on your keyboard. Make sure you don't hit any shortcuts to things you don't want happening while playing.
Eventually you'll hit whatever button you have in the place English keyboard layouts have their tilde.
The above worked for me, I have a Danish keyboard... Is kinda sucky to have to do that, but it's the easiest way as far as I know. Also meant So Happy! was some... Very random key combination for me...
