He's from "Pimp my ride" it's a show where people take their janky cars to him(Xzhibit) and he makes incredible modifications, and he always says "Yo Dawg" and that's like his signature and they make fun of him with this meme.

Hahah that Star Trek one is pretty funny, especially how pleased Xzibit's face is after he explains how you can drive while you're driving xD

Yeah he does make some stupid modifications but it's free so... the more cars he puts inside your car the more cars you can sell
