GTA IV has a more interesting storyline and the graphics kick Saints Row 2 ass. But theres just waaaaaay more things to do in Saints Row 2. The vehicals and weapons are better.
GTA IV is good if you want a "slow paced" 3rd person shooter. The new driving engine is hard to manage but pretty funny when you hit people.

I prefer 'Saints Row 2' because you can create your own character and customize it. Also, you could take ANY car in game and pimp it (like on MTV's show)

There's a great variety of weapons for shooting and melee weapons as well.

I love those min-games too (such as Zombie Rising)

i miss having saints row 2 rly addicting

well they each have their own pros and they each of their own cons it would take to long to list them but im gonna say SR2

GTA has a better online system

There's no comparission between this 2 games, GTA IV is superior in all aspects, SR2 is just another fail clone

GTA is the damn original, it's the daddy of all crim-based games, and most others are just sad, pathetic rip-offs -Saints Row 2 is no different, it has nothing on GTA4 except perhaps a few gimmicks, not the sort of thing you'd buy a game for anyway.
