I am curious if anyone has tried Sketcher's Shape Ups, I want to buy some but I don't know of they actually work. If you own them or know someone who owns them please let me know what you think of them.

My mom has, she said after a while you start to feel it. If you walk a lot and don't exercise much or want "shape-up" i'd get them

The best way to actually exercise your feet/legs is to just go barefoot. No 'special shoe' is going to beat that.

What about them gravity defier shoes (expensive shoes 100$ and up)
Don't know about shape ups though...

Thanks for your replies, I think I'll buy them if they're on sale, but they're like $95 and I don't know if I want to spend that much on a "maybe"

Yeah, I didn't really want to pay that much for them so I might just have to find on of those knock off brands haha.

I am buying them to enhance my exercise, I don't think that they're going to work by sitting on my butt and just wearing them...jeez, tough crowd

How will they "enhance" you exercise? So it makes you feet in a diffrent position in the shoe then most other shoes. so? that won't help any.

What so special about these shoes anyway. I mean seriously, $95? I have regular shoes, and they suck, but I still manage to stay fit and active. But if it's what you want..
