I think you've been drinking too many dark spirits. If you honestly believe you've been to a place with supernatural beings, and you wish to know their origin, just go back to that place and ask them yourself. If you end up dead, you can blame me for it.
Sorry that was my fault. I uncharacteristically ate a bunch of beans and topped it off with taco bell and Arby's. The evil spirits you saw were just the byproduct.
I could take a guess and say that they're a visual hallucination caused by any number of different psychoses - or you've been hitting the LSD a bit too hard.

Well you see your body thetans have collaborated with Xenu to make you see these spirits. The spirits are actually the souls of aliens that wish to bring peace and unity to earth by... UM NO. I'm not exactly sure where the coherent thought is with your statement so I'll assume there isn't one.
I would just like to point out someone doesn't need to have some sort of psychosis or be on drugs to see hallucinations. There are a number of trick of light, tricks of the eye, and environmental factors that can produce what can be perceived as "evil spirits".
Yes I should of added those but because the OP said 'went to a place' I sorta made the assumption that it was less of a trick of the eye or light and more like an actual full-blown hallucination.
They come from Hell. If evil spirits are illusions and hallucinations, where would sinful nature, temptation, and want to do evil and destroy come from?
