Transmission: "I was hungry, I was thirsty, I was tired, and I was injured. But I knew that the longer I stayed here without help or proper medical attention, the worse I would get. I finished off one of my bottles of water, then ate a package of food. Back in the States, I knew it would've tasted awful, but right here and right now I thought it was the most delicious thing I'd ever tasted. That was probably because I hadn't eaten in days. I went to sleep, my first restful sleep since I'd been deployed, and woke up refreshed. I was no longer tired, no longer hungry, and no longer thirsty. Of course, my leg still hurt, but there wasn't much I could do about that at the moment except keep my eyes on the prize; going back home in one piece. I steeled my nerves and left the village. The villager I'd first talked to had told me about the location of the Zunai headquarters. I reminded myself that if I could dismantle their organization, I could go home. I would be going home soon, I promised myself. But first things first. I had a militaristic gang with an itchy trigger finger and they were in my way..." [transmission is cut off].
You drink some water, eat some food, sleep, and go outside. One of the villagers told you where the Zunai HQ was. You walk there. You see several soldiers patrolling the perimeter, armed. You see that the headquarters is a run-down building and assume that the majority of it is underground. What will you do now?

Hour 4
"There were seven," the one closest to you hisses out of the corner of his mouth, "but one of them has disappeared."
That must be Jake, you think.
"So there's six now?" you whisper. He nods his balding head in confirmation.
"One of them, the leader, is in the safety deposit box section in the back. He's seriously pissed off and said something about looking for the problem," a pimple-faced teen adds quietly. "He was talking about you, wasn't he?"
"I think so, you answer softly.
"There are two big, hulking guys who are guarding us now," whispers another teen, this one a girl a few years older. "The fourth guy is on the roof, watching the police. He warns them what the police are doing."
"The fifth guy is at the front door, and the sixth, a girl, I think, is making sure the teller is getting the money," finished a muscular young man with a military haircut.
"If I were you, I'd get out now," an rotund grandmother-type woman with grey hair whispers. "It's only a matter of time before they find you."
"But I can't just leave you all here. Besides, how am I going to escape?" you ask.
"Think of something," the military guy says. "Just remember, you're not alone. We can try to help you from in here if youtelluswhatyouneeddone." He finishes his sentence in a rush, because one of the kidnappers watching them has noticed talking and walks over.
"What are you doing?" he grunts.
"Nothing," the soldier replies, plastering a convincing terrified look on his face. "I just don't feel well," he says, coughing.
"So you talk to yourself?" the kidnapper asks suspiciously.
"I'm not talking to myself," the soldier answers. "I was just coughing."
"Well, stop coughing then," the goon replies, swinging a fist into the man's nose. It's smashed like a tomato and blood pours out. "There," the kidnapper says, sounding satisfied. "Now you have something else to complain about." He walks away again. The soldier tries in vain to staunch the bleeding.
"Look, just remember that you're not alone here," the balding man repeats. "You've got the police out there and us in here."

A) Call the police and give them the information.
B) I want you to help me. *how?*

You hunt the caribou but wolves end up killing it. They eat most of it then leave. There's maybe a few days worth of meath still on the reindeer though.

Transmission: "I watched the Zunai soldiers patrolling their headquarters. They travelled in groups of three, and four groups were on the perimeter at all times, one at each wall at any given moment. They all patrol the entire perimeter at a similar pace, so that they will almost constantly be overlapping with each other. That way, they will know very quickly if something is wrong. Two groups travel clockwise, two groups travel counter-clockwise. It takes about thirty minutes for one group to do a full circle of the perimeter. Every soldier on patrol is armed with a rifle. Every two hours, one group is relieved of duty and a new group is sent in, while the other three groups continue as normal, that way it will be difficult to sneak in while they're changing the guard. Each group of three patrols for eight hours before being relieved. However, at approximately six-o-clock, all of the sentries go in the building(presumably for dinner) and they are replaced by four fresh sentries, who just stand immobile for about thirty minutes, one soldier on each wall, after the thirty minutes the other sentries return and resume what they were doing. Time Until SWAT Breaches Bank: 5 hours, 30 minutes
You call the police to give them the information about the kidnappers.
"That's great!" said the officer on the other line. "Or it would be. Look, buddy, we've got a major problem here."
"What is it?" you ask.
"I'm not supposed to be telling anyone this, but it's SWAT," he sighs. "Their chief negotiator has been trying to communicate with the captors for a while now; phone calls, bullhorns, we even tried spray painting a message on the glass."
"So?" you prompt.
"Well, the kidnappers have just responded. They said that they want three vans, and an airplane."
"Three vans? There aren't that many of them."
"That's the problem. Three vans means that they're done getting the money and they're going to take the hostages with them. They're not going to let anyone go."
"Crap."
"Well, that's not the real problem here. The chief negotiator has realized this as well and he's, well, he's done negotiating. In a couple of hours he's going to send SWAT into the bank no matter what."
"Well, that's great!"
"No, it's very, very bad. The kidnappers see SWAT get close, a hostage dies. The kidnappers see SWAT come in, lots of hostages die. SWAT fires a gun, everybody dies. We're talking a full-scale bloodbath here."
"Oh. Well, that's bad."
"Yeah, you said it. We have maybe five hours while SWAT gears up for the assault until they make the breach. That means that you have five hours to either get all the hostages out of there or subdue the kidnappers before people start biting the dust. Now, I can try to help you by sending in the supplies that you need, but remember that we're on a clock and sending in supplies takes time."
"So, I have to get everybody out or stop the kidnappers before everybody dies?" you clarify.
"Pretty much," the officer confirms. "Oh crap, it's my boss. Gottago!"

Seems good so far =) i tell the soldier he can help us fight if he wants and he can pick to fight with anything i have beside my stun gun and i will fight the guys outside the door if it wont alert any of the other 4

You return to the cooler to make contact with the hostages again. You tell them of the situation, and many of them have difficulty hiding their emotion. You offer the soldier a weapon and he takes the Beretta that you got off of Jake.
"Thanks," he says. His voice sounds funny thanks to his broken nose, but at least the bleeding's stopped. He takes the Beretta in his hand and smiles. "Feels a little better to have a weapon."
"Here's the plan, guys," you say. "I'm going to attack the two guys on the front door, and the soldier's going to make a distraction while the rest of you escape."
"Wait," the soldier interrupts. "I have an idea, if I may?"
"Go ahead," you invite.
"Their leader, the bossy one, is still in the safety deposit box room in the back," he says. "They seem like a pretty tight-knit group. So if one of them was being held hostage and threatened..."
"What do you mean?"
"I'm saying that the leader is in the back, all alone, surrounded by soundproof walls. If you could drop in from the ventilation duct and take him captive, you might be able to get the other robbers to let us go," the soldier explains. "Or you could just grab their attention. If their leader's being held, they're sure to be focusing on that, and only that. I could take them out quick while they're still watching you."

Time Until SWAT Breaches the Bank: 4 hours
You decide that you agree with the soldier's plan.
"Oh, also," the soldier says, "you can stop calling me 'the soldier' now. My name's Mike."
So anyways, you examine the blueprints you got from the doctor's office on the third floor. According to the blueprints, there is actually a way to the safety deposit box room through the cooler. It's quick, but nobody said it was easy. You clamber back out of the cooler and begin the difficult climb from the elevator shaft into the ventilation ducts. Your hands are still raw and red from the rope burns you received earlier, and every time you haul yourself up another inch, you wince. The elevator shaft is slick, with few handholds, and climbing up to the ventilation ducts is extremely difficult, but you finally make it. However, while climbing, the blueprints slip out of your hand and start fluttering to the bottom. You curse. It's too late to try and retrieve them from the bottom of the elevator shaft now, so you'll just have to continue on your way half-blind and pretty lost in the ventilation ducts. You fumble around in the ducts for maybe half an hour before you finally come across something that you recognize from your first time in the ventilation ducts, frantically trying to escape the kidnappers. Funny, now it's you chasing them. You continue along the path you've chosen until you finally reach the place where the ventilation shaft enters the safety deposit room. Sure enough, you hear the voice of the leader. It sounds like he's celebrating. Apparently he's finally managed to get the safety deposit boxes open. He won't be happy for long, you think grimly. You kick aside the grate that you had placed there hours earlier, though it has seemed like days, and...

A) Shoot the leader with the shock on your crowd control gun.
B) Jump on the leader, initiating a melee attack.

You shoot the leader with the shock setting on your crowd control gun. He never saw it coming, and your shot is perfect. He gets zapped. He starts convulsing and his hair stands straight up on end. It looks kind of comical. He falls, muscles loose and unmoving. He's half-conscious and immobilized.
"Damn," you say, "my new gun kicks some serious ass." What will you do now?

Transmission: "I decided to take what little meat was left on the reindeer. Even with a knife, scraping flesh away from bone is never easy, and by the time I had gotten all the meat, I was exhausted. When I looked up from my tedious work at last, I noticed for the first time that it was snowing. It was not a dangerous kind of snow, not the kind that could build up into a storm, and I actually kind of enjoyed it. It was soothing and cool. I turned to go back to my igloo when I realized that I didn't know what direction it was in. There were no landmarks to indicate where the igloo was. Suddenly the light and harmless snowfall still felt ominous. I was lost, and shelterless...again...." [transmission is cut off]
You get all the meat off of the reindeer. It starts snowing lightly. You realize that you are lost and have no idea where your shelter is.

A) Try to find the igloo again
B) Give up and just stay next to the reindeer's corpse.
C) Make your own option
