As for your question, I think both are bad.

Wrong section. Popular media for music, movies, etc.
But to answer your question, I definitely prefer Disturbed.

well tenacious D is great cause i like funny music like dos gringos
but disturbed has a nice metal beat like sacred oath
but i can barley understand what they say in disturbed's music unlike sacred oath so i say....

Whenever I hear a disturbed song my mind mentally explodes inside my head. tenacious D doesn't do that.
