I don't know about you people but my school starts this monday (August 16) and i was wondering for some clothe tips. Really now that i'm getting older i want to look nicer and not just wear some dirty shirt and go to school, i was wondering, i am going to buy a sweater to wear with a buttoned shirt over, so that the sweater is first and the buttoned shirt's color is sticking out, and i don't know what to do for the arms, because i see people fold them, but i don't know if the sweater part that i folded should be out or the buttoned shirts, thanks

Do you go to a private school or anything? Are you required to wear a certain set of clothes?

It's hard to advise anything without knowing the dress code. For my district, I'm not required to wear a specific set of clothes, but we do have a strict dress code that prohibits us from wearing things that most schools are allowed.

Then wear some clean shirt and go to school?

Why are you so concerned about how you look for other people anyway?
Just pick out some clothes, try them on, look in the mirror, and think about whether you like it.

I don't know if you have a dress code or not, but in secondary school here it's usually full set uniforms, but I'll just put some links what kind of style I wear on normal days with mates or whatever:

arent_category_rn=207191&langId=-1&top=Y">Sometimes these, or these.

Jeans similar to this.

Trainers like this.

And in winter times, basically same with these types of jackets.
Or jumpers if it's not freezing, but need one just for little bit of cold: then this type of stuff.

All depends on personal preference though...
(hope those links come out ok xD)

I've never seen someone wear a sweater unless they were doing they're PHD or is a Math Department Prof. Or unless I didn't notice it in which case it must be pretty good.

I mostly wear casual clothing like jeans,shorts,t-shirt,zip hoodie, button shirt with long sleeved t-shirt and those Vans type shoes. Though you could pull off a casual neat look with a sweater i'm assuing you want something like this.

Depends on what you look like. What you like. And your dress code. We aren't allowed to wear baggy jeans(below our waists) and stuff. Anyways I went shopping at the mall, got a whole lot of blue jeans, different shades, and went to Aeropostale and got me some shirts, I look good in V-necks. =)

I still think it's rather funny that so many guys wear their pants so low. What's the point of wearing the pants if you're only going to wear half of them? I don't see what it proves, other than you're very proud of your underpants.

Now, if girls did that, that would be a different story...

Yeah neither do I. They are always talking about how that trend started in jail, how it got out I have no clue. Who would want to copy a prisoner. Again no clue. Prous of my underpants? Why yes I am. So proud that I want you to see them, well I'm shy, probably not gonna happen.

Our school only allows uniforms, but at some point in the year we get to wear whatever we went from that day onward. I just like to wear whatever i feel like wearing, whether collared or v-cut or just plain t's with Shorts or pants.
