Hit the print screen button, Prt Scr
Then go to paint and press paste.
Save picture and then upload to a site like photobucket or Tinypic.com
Copy IMG code and then post it on the forums, but change the IMG to lower case letters.

Time to state this with more detail.

When you utilize the Print Screen function, a duplicate of whatever is on screen will be saved to your clipboard. You can paste this in whatever image editing application you like, including MS Paint.

Upload the image to a site where you can host images. Aside from Google's examples, Image Shack is a good place.

Always remember to use the direct link of an image when you wish to post it. Just encase the direct URL of an image in [img] tags.

Screen capture software is good too.

Press "PrtSc" on your keyboard.


Paste the image in Paint or any image editing program.


Save the image.


Go to tinypic.com.


Choose the image from where you saved it and click "upload now".


Copy the IMG-code for forums and change the "IMG's" to "img's".


Write your message and then post. You are done.
