Happy Birthday is actually a copyrighted song. People have to get permission before saying it on TV or the creator'll sue.

Even the Beatles, there will be surely someone who won't approve the music or someone who don't like the Beatles (that's a weird person...).

Also, the copyright thing, that's an obstacle.
