I've seen a lot of the most popular games out on the forums and video games page like "Halo", "CoD", "Gears of War" and many others.
I wanted to start a new topic for a game which has been relatively unheard off by my friends and the people I know. It is what my title suggests, it's the "Dynasty Warriors" game series.

If there is anyone who knows the game or played it themselves - here is the place to talk about it.

I like Dynasty Warriors! Though I only own Dynasty Warriors 3, I'm planing on buying Dynasty Warriors 4 Xtreme Legends (ps2), and Strike Force for the PSP.

Gundam Dynasty warriors is amazing. It's my two favourite things. GUNDAM and DYNASTY WARRIORS COMBAT!

I wish it was on the 360 or the wii though...
I always go into gamestop pick up any copy of DW
and get all sparkly eyed and sad.

It's pretty fun, and we owe it to introducing the epic time period of the Three Kingdoms to a Western audience.

But... Dynasty Warriors 6 was released for Xbox 360.

I LOVE Dynasty Warriors. I honestly think that DW3 is the best, because it's not like the new ones with implanted features, and it's the first one I've ever played. (When it came out)

I think DWGundam is pretty awesome, but I still prefer the original.

It's great that you guys even go to game shops and keep checking for new releases or older titles!
I agree with byakuphegor, I also think DW3 is the best one and also my first DW game.

So now I know some people also enjoy the game as I do, which characters are your favourite?

I got DW3 at a garage sale for like $2-$4 XD

No way! I got mine from CEX for about twice that price!
You have probably the best deal for the game. I also got DW5 from them as well, it's a great game shop.

I haven't played it myself either, but I do know that DW number 1 was created for the playstation (which by the way is a great console in my opinion :-).

There's gonna be Dynasty Warriors online and its gonna be free to play.

Which one is free? The official Dynasty Warriors site is making one called "Dynasty Warriors Online" At Aeria Games, but they say you have to download it and you have to pay for something (haven't found out what it is yet).
